I'd go with chocolate. You could always do both though!

LO had vegan/gf carrot cake and everyone else had half/half vanilla and chocolate. I don't know if everyone would like banana?

I agree with @bushelandapeck:, not everyone is a fan of banana. Even those who aren't "chocolate lovers" would eat a chocolate cake, I think.

Chocolate cake and/of frosting never looks good for smash pictures.

Banana cake with chocolate frosting is the shizz you banana-cake haters! It is so good; do that and it will be the best of both worlds!

We had strawberry cake with lemonade frosting for LO's first birthday.

@T.H.O.U.: I think it looks better for smash pictures because the light color cake/frosting usually blends in too much. Chocolate stands out and looks extra messy

I'd absolutely take chocolate over banana, especially if it's egg free and dairy free.

I'm not gonna lie.... I'd probably take one bite and then toss it when you weren't looking.

I vote other.......I would do a chocolate banana cake....best of both worlds! Yum!
