Any of you ladies have some good stretches that help with back and hips? I'm 18 weeks and have some moves that I love off my prenatal yoga dvd but figured you all might have some favorites. I've found that stretching/yoga has really helped me sleep well and not get so achy.
This is kinda funny, but sometimes when I am the only one in my office at work (I don't have my own office I work in a suite) I will do some stretches! I figure if someone comes in I'll just say I'm looking for something I dropped ???!!!
