Do you have a stroller with a board for a toddler to stand on? What kind, and is the board built in or bought separately?
I'm looking for something that has a big shopping basket and that can be lifted by one person. We take a lot of subway stairs every weekend!

We have the uppa baby with the ride on board. I think most strollers have board that you can buy separately--there is a universal board that attaches to most:

I think the uppa weighs 27 or 28 lbs. the Bumbleride indie has a ride on board and weighs 20. Or possibly the bugaboo, it's 21ish lbs? I'm can haul my indie up the stairs (Carry or bump). It's not light but it's doable. I've tried with a vista; bumping is ok but carrying is nearly impossible. Of course the vista wins in the basket department. Does anyone know if the Cruz accepts a board? That might be more in line with what you need if so.

@hilsy85: @Littlebit7: thank you! I'm thinking I'll pick a lightweight stroller plus the Lascal board to make the trips easier. The one we have now is pretty light but with the car seat, baby, and baby's stuff the weight adds up.

@Mama Bird: yeah I love my UB vista but I would NOT want to carry it alone up and down subway stairs. I take it on the T in boston but plan my trips around elevator stations. One time the elevator was broken and thankfully some nice man helped me and it was still heavy.

We have a Bugaboo Buffalo with separate ride on board for my older LO. It's great for grocery shopping because the basket can hold about 20lbs (we don't have a car, so I definitely use it!). That said, the stroller empty weighs something like 26lbs, so definitely not something you want to carry up and down stairs.
