Love the G-luxe! LO's will be 2.5 years apart, and I'll figure out our stroller needs with two kids when the time comes.

I have the UB Cruz and I love it. It is so easy to use, super durable, has tons of storage space but is smaller and more compact than the vista so it fits better in our small apartment and in tiny NYC stores. But if we had any plans to try for #2 anytime soon, I would have gone with the vista just like you're doing since it is a larger version of the Cruz that can seat two children.

I've heard terrible things about the UBV being used as a double stroller. I didn't get it because the ramble seat didn't have a sun shade, seemed cramped, and it doesn't recline.

My friend sold hers, bought a phil and ted, and HATED it. She went and bought another bumbleride!

I agree with previous posters that the UBV is not the best choice for a double. I loved it during maternity leave for LO#2 as I could leave it in my car with the rumble seat and have a single when I was just with the baby (most days) and a double when I needed it, while only having one stroller in the car. But practically, there is not a ton of space in the rumble seat, it doesn't recline and I find it hard to talk to my toddler since the seat is SO far from me. I am always ducking down and yelling, "WHAT?" to talk with my LO! Most of my friends have agreed that all the verticle type doubles aren't ideal for prolonged use (the phil & teds, b-ready, city select, etc) because they are heavy, hard to steer and our kids just don't like them. For a double, I would go for the City Mini Double or Bumbleride Indie Twin as they fit through standard door ways and are MUCH easier to steer! All the toddlers I know prefer to sit next to their beloved babies too

I highly recommend the glite as an umbrella. It is a perfect little stroller and we have never had a problem with the lack of incline for naps at the airport, etc. If you can find it on sale for $100, it's a lot of bang for the buck!
