I'm in a similar situation. We are going with the Britax Agile (travel system comes with the infant car seat and snaps on pretty easily).

The City Mini is economical, light weight, and easy to use. We love it. We live in the suburbs and rarely use a stroller so I'm glad we didn't buy anything too expensive. I might have gotten an expensive one if we lived in the city because you depend on your stroller a lot more.

I got a bumbleride Flite. It has great reviews and is really easy to use, rides smooth and cost under $200. It has a big canopy, storage, cup holder and a rain shield. What more do you really need? When she gets older I can get aftermarket accessories cheap.

We have the City Mini and I love it. We only really use our stroller for the mall right now and it's perfect for that. If I had to do it over again I would have bought the car seat adapter for it because we couldn't really use it until he was about 3-4 months old. Before that I used the Snap n Go for walks around the neighborhood and it got pretty beat up.

We got the Jeep Liberty, we use it all the time. It lives in the back of the car, so I have it for the zoo and stores. We hike a lot, so off-road capability was important to us. It is heavy, so I do plan on a cheap umbrella stroller when I get a baby belly again and can't lift it. It was $175, and for us I could not justify spending more than that for a stroller.

@dookie32: I hear the one downside of the city mini is that the carseat adapter isn't very good anyway.

OP, I was going to suggest the city mini. My friends who live in the burbs love it and apparently folding it down with one hand is super easy. I've seen my friend do and it looked easy, though I couldn't actually figure it out myself.

We got a bugaboo (frog) from Craigslist at a really reasonable price ($200 I think) and it came with everything (bassinet, rain cover, stroller attachments and even a bundle me). Might want to look into that if you don't want to pay a ton but want a nicer stroller!

I wish I had a snap and go!!! That's what is go with until they are bigger, then decide!

We got the City Mini for when she's a bit older and the Chicco Caddy frame to use until then. I've heard that the carseat adapter for the City Mini isn't very good so we decided to spend the extra $40 for the Chicco frame that we'll be able to snap the seat right in. We haven't used either yet, since LO isn't quite here....so hope this works for us!

We got the adapter for the carseat so we have been using that until he is bigger.... But it's been great for walks and trips to the supermarket so far!

We are in the suburbs and love our UB Vista. We lived in a more urban area before and I actually appreciate it more now. The sidewalks are worse here than they were in the city.

We live in the 'burbs and we love our B-Agile. There's no bar to get in the way while walking. Hubs is 6'3" and he can push the stroller, no problem. It's also easy to fold and fits into the trunk of our Highlander with room to spare.

If you're choosing between City Mini and B-Agile (which I THINK it what we're down to, although I like the B-Nimble, too, which sadly I can't find in a store) I have read in reviews that the B-Agile is great for long legs...possibly better than City Mini? I'm sure you could walk both around the store and see if either had an advantage for you there. I love that both are really light and easy to fold.

We live in the burbs and we have the UBV. I love it and cannot say enough good things about it. I use it almost everyday to run errands with my LO (shopping, groceries, etc.) so I'm constantly taking it in and out of my car. I am 110 lbs and don't find it heavy, and I was able to find it for a steal on zulily so it wasn't 'ridiculously expensive.' it can be a pain to fold sometimes but otherwise I have no complaints.

The other stroller I see all the time in my area is the City Select. These two definitely seem to be the most popular.

We just use our Graco travel system.

Another vote for the UB Vista! I live in the burbs and use my stroller daily on walks, shopping, etc. I love it and people stop me all the time to ask about it. It has the best basket I have seen and I love how high baby sits. I am used to folding it now and it fits in the trunk of my Murano easily. It might be difficult if it was being stored in the trunk of a car.

We love our City Mini! We used it with the carseat adapter until LO was sitting up. Its to easy to fold and get in and out of the car.

Before you decide, go to stores and test out strollers. Put your purse in the stroller and push it around the store. Also try open and close it as well as lift it. This will give you an idea of how much of a pain it will be day to day.

A friend recommended using a BOB as an everyday stroller. I thought about it, but decided against it after closing one and attempting to get it in my car. Its just too bulky and heavy for me to use on a daily basis.
