I can't seem to overcome the holiday sugar coma. We still have so many treats in our house... it's seriously bad. I ate 3 (full size) pieces of berry pie, 2 chocolate cookies and 4 oatmeal raisin cookies today alone. I don't know how to break the habit! I am eating desert after every meal. It's so hard because I am breastfeeding so (thankfully) my weight is staying the same but I can't convince myself to step away from the sugar! Any tips?? I'm not looking to diet or lose weight, just eat healthy.
Honestly, a horrible day every once in awhile won't kill you so don't feel too guilty. If you eat that many sweets every single day, then you may want to throw them out. But it sounds like it's just a temporary thing!
