I'm getting inspired by all these naming posts! My son is Connor and we are having a girl in May. Here's a few of our top names right now:
Charlotte
Hannah
Olivia ("Livvy")
Julia ("Jules")
Any favorites? What else sounds good with Connor?

Well, I have a Julia, so that gets my vote. I love it more and more everyday!
"Livvy" is a super cute nickname, but Olivia is so popular...what about just Liv?
Same concern with Charlotte...there are a lot of Charlottes at my daughter's school...otherwise, that would be on our list.
I like Hannah...wish DH hadn't vetoed it!
Connor and Andrew were our boy names if baby #2 had been a boy.

I love all of your names! If I had to choose I'd probably pick Julia. I also think Molly sounds good with Connor since Connor is Irish and I know Molly is popular in Ireland as well.

Other names I like besides Julia include: Laura, Lauren, Susanna/Susannah, Victoria, Clara, Elise, Holly, Rebecca, Evelyn, Helena, Lucia, Georgia, Lydia, Linnea, Genevieve, Alice, Isobel, Marielle, Louisa, Cora, Marie, Elizabeth, Caroline, Hannah, Maeve, Miriam (Mira), Margaret, Grace...I don't like them all with Connor though.

@Shutterbug: oops I added an extra e. Corinne. Cor (like Corey)- in. But, I kind of like it with the e

@dc yoga bee: haha oh! I have never heard of Corienne, but it does sound like a pretty name! (as is Corrine/Corinne)

@MrsPastryLady: One of my favorite names! But his best friend is actually named Ellie.
@dc yoga bee: I kinda like that Corienne. You may be on to something
@78h2o: It's strange, I know Olivia and Charlotte are at the top of the list, but there are none at LO's school or any of his classes. Ava on the other hand is insane - there are 4 out of 10 kids in his music class named Ava.
@lawbee11: I like Molly. For some reason I see DH vetoing it, but it's worth a try!

I just think it's so sweet that he picked Charlotte:). So I'm voting for that! I named my sister (I was 6, I picked Lauren after my best friend) and it's been a cute story for our whole lives:)

@PrincessBaby: Yes, I probably should have added that.
Charlotte is on the list because it's what my 2 year old decided he was naming the baby the day we told him there was a baby in mommy's belly. Even before we knew it was a girl.

I'm partial to Hannah because we have one of our own
but Charlotte is absolutely adorable, especially with Connor!

Charlotte because that story is just too sweet! As long as you love it too of course.

I love how Olivia and Julia go with his name...love both nicknames too!

@SeptMomma12: That story is so sweet. I might pick it then for that reason, especially if it's not super popular where you live.

Love Julia. This is probably another one of those even neighborhood centric thing. In our last neighborhood there were 3 Maddy's (different full names) and in our neighborhood now there's lots of charlottes. That's probably not everywhere and I do like both those names too.

Hannah is what I immediately thought before seeing your choices. It's our frontrunner for a girl

I have a Charlotte , and Julia is our top contender for baby #2! Some other names I love that Dh has nixed are: Claire, Caroline, Louise, and Maeve

Of the names you listed, I like Olivia and Julia the best with Connor.
I have a brother named Connor, and the rest of us also have Irish names. There are a lot of great Irish girl names which would sound good with Connor: Brenna, Briana, Bridget, Fiona, Mona, Nessa (although mythologically this was the mother of Connor, so maybe not the best choice), and Nora, just to name a few.

Julia is my votes, it's the least popular and I just love the nickname Jules!

Amelia and Caroline are my suggestions but I really like Julie since it's the least popular.
