My sister told me she wants "healthy cookbooks" for Christmas (Healthy, not gluten free!)
I'm not much of a cookbook user, so I don't know what to look for.
Do you have any cookbooks you love?

I just got the Forks Over Knives cookbook at a used book store. Its a whole-foods plant based cookbook and it looks pretty yummy! I also like the Moosewood books, they have lots of good vegetarian dishes.

I love cookbooks! I like "Cooking Light: Way to Cook." I also have a cook book by Alice Waters called "The Art of Simple Food," that I really like, although it doesn't have the colored photos many people like. Oh, and "Food to Live by" is a great one, too!
Two cookbooks I like that are a little more hippie are "Laurel's Kitchen," which is vegetarian, and "The Whole Foods Market Cookbook," which usually requires ingredients I don't always have on hand.

@BetsyBoop: I see there are a bunch of Canyon Ranch cookbooks--do you recommend a certain one?
