What are some activities you have planned with your kids this summer that doesn't involve extensive travel?
We're planning on taking them to the Toronto zoo, backyard camping with their cousins. I really want to take them to the Letchworth State Park Balloon Festival over Memorial Day weekend. But I'm not finding good inexpensive overnight options.

K doesn't love car rides so everything has to be within an hour! We're planning her first trip to the zoo, the aquarium, and the beach! Also thinking about venturing into the city!

We live very close to the beach, so lots of time there. My parents put a pool in last summer so we will go there a bunch. We also want to go to PEI for a long weekend, and spend a night or two at the campground near our house. I love summer so much!!

Define extensive travel?
We're going to be going to Six Flags, we got a season pass again this year, so we will likely be going there once a month.
Otherwise, we are in our pool from June through September!

- Local outdoor museum/zoo/playground thing that we have a membership for
- Swim at beach
- Swim at splash pool
- Swim at fresh springs
- Pick berries
- lots of birthday parties probably.
- Short travel to visit my brother
- Short travel to visit friend in GA

First trip to the local zoo for sure. I want to take him to the beach and to a farm too. I also want to try to go up to Vermont for a weekend, just to go hiking and enjoy.
