What are you up to this afternoon? I'm waiting for my hair appointment to start. And started the Jaycee Duggar memoir this morning so ill probably read that while my hair is being worked on!

DH is getting a haircut right now. I should be getting ready, but I'm being lazy. We're having a date night
lobsterfest! He's allergic to shellfish, so it's kind of mean, but the dr said I need to eat more of it and a really nice restaurant near us is having lobsterfest this week, so he can just order something else & I'll be sure to brush my teeth extra well when we get home I am fascinated by the duggars! I need to get that book. How is it so far?

We're meeting someone to try and sell our old couch for about the 10th time...that's the one bad thing about Craigslist: people are such flakes!!

We just got back from the beach. My in-laws watched the baby while we went for a couple of hours. Now I'm waiting for my husband to get out of the shower so I can go to the pool. He's going to watch her since his mom is down in the workout room and I won't leave her with just his dad.

Just got back from camping. I feel gross. I never sleep well whem camping and this time there was a hugh thunderstorm. I just finished cleaning up the gear and now I'm relaxing for a few minutes before we go to church.

Continuing bed rest, I have been watching Amish: Out of Order, a documentary series on national geographic. Very interesting about those who leave the Amish community.

@highwire: just started my dual mba/masters in finance... it's a organizational learning course and an econ course online. need to take some quizzes so tomorrow is an easier day!

Amended: my husband just left and I unexpectedly burst into tears. I'm used to his work travel but the hormones are getting the best of me! So, going outside for a walk instead of sulking on the couch.

We went to home depot and then dropped off a gigantic bag of clothes at goodwill, then i studied for a test I'm taking in september. We are cooking beef vegetable soup for dinner and my parents stopped by for a quick visit.

@highwire: I just graduated from law school in May and took the TX bar exam in July! Law school was tough but the three years went by really quickly. Oh, and we finally sold our couch!

We had a busy day! We went to a baptism at 9:30, and afterwards, Hubs dropped me off at the Outlets, where I spent far too much money at Destination Maternity, then met my mom and we picked up a few things for LO at the Janie and Jack outlet and the Carters outlet. From there, she and I went to a bridal shower for a good friend of mine from high school, while Hubs was off at a Gotcha party for the kids who were baptized this morning. We met back at his parents' after the shower was over, and drove back home (about 1.5 hours). Now we're finally relaxing on the couch, watching the first Batman movie (with Michael Keaton and Kim Basinger). Whew! Just typing it makes me tired!

Ugh... Lil Miss Wagon has been awake for almost 3 hours straight, the longest in her ENTIRE life so far. Not sure what the heck is going on... usually it doesn't take any more than 10 minutes to put her down no matter what. Sigh. What a way to end Wagon Sr.'s paternity leave....
He's up there now, and I'm about to go in and take over after eating what was supposed to be our last dinner together before he goes back to work tomorrow. Sigh.
