Never had this with my first... pain in my groin and general feeling of pain/instability in my pelvis. Its not that bad right now- and I only notice during certain movements.

Is it going to get worse as pregnancy progresses?

I read a little- one time I feel it is getting out of our sedan, so I'm going to start trying to swing my whole body around before I stand up. I'm having trouble moving around in bed, too, so I need to be more mindful of using both legs to turn myself instead of just one. Any other advice?
