We have 2 weddings in the span of 2 weeks coming up. The first is kid-free, the second we have the option of bringing C with us. She'll be right at 2.5.

The ceremony is at a winery at 1pm. The reception isnt until 6 and its in a totally different place than the ceremony. We'll likely go home between the two because 5 HOURS. Ugh. Who does that?

Anyway, We were sort of considering leaving her with my mom for the ceremony and then picking her up and taking her to the reception with us. She is pretty well-behaved when we go out to eat and doesnt usually get too bad if we keep her up past her bedtime. My friend has lots of younger siblings and cousins, so she would not be the only kid, and I think she would love the dancing and stuff. Other circumstances we know are that kids under 5 are free at their venue, but we are talking an open bar wedding and the crowd will definitely be drinking.

What would you do? I need to RSVP, so we need to decide. lol
