I would love to bring my calm dog, but my hyper dog would whine the whole time.
My mom works for a large pet company and they encourage their employees to bring their pets to work daily. I wish I could do that.

I joked about this with my boss 2 years ago and she prompty said NO. So I brought a stuffed pug to work and we took pictures of him filing, and wearing safety goggles in the factory, and getting lunch, HAHA!
Now that I work from home... EVERY day is bring your dog to work day!

@TemperanceBrennan: oh, man. I wish I could bring my dog to work. I'm pretty sure the idea would be nixed because of allergies and liability of someone being bitten.

I use to take my dog to work everyday. She was kind of like a thearpy dog for one of our clients. We saw a dramatic decrease in her behaviors once I started bringing her & my dog knew when it was time for mommy to work & for her to hid. Wish I could bring her now. I've switch roles & our other dog would be so lonely if I took her with.

Omg! I have one little dog that would come and she would sleep on my knee all day and love it. Put big puppy on the other hand... He'd destroy the place!
I don't think my office would allow it though! Haha

I wish! I've brought her in on occasion, but generally only when she has a vet appointment or I can' leave her at home for the day.

@pui: I'm so jealous! I would love to do that! What a cutie.
DH and I both wish we could bring our dog to work. Neither of our jobs are dog-friendly places. I can't imagine having a dog in addition to 20-something second graders. Unless it was a sheepdog that kept them in line.
