What is it and how does it work? Do you like it? Is it worth it? I know it's been talked about on here before but now I'm intrigued.

Basically it's a cash back program. You shop through their site to get x% cash back. It's awesome. I've earned close to $800 cash back for Internet shopping I would've done any way!

I JUST started using it. I'd like to start ordering boxes of diapers & wipes through it but I haven't yet. I got about $10 back on DH'S & LO'S Christmas gifts though. I was buying online anyway so it seemed pretty great to me. My cousins wife swears by it.

I love it. If I'm going to buy it anyway, why not get a few bucks in cash back? Now, if I could get my husband to remember to go through the website, I'd love it even more.

super simple. whenever you're about to order something, before you check out, go to ebates.com, search for the store, go to the store's page, click the "shop now!" button, and that opens a tracking ticket for that store for that period of time. Then you simply check out, and in a day or so you'll get your cash back credited to your account. I get my cash back sent to my paypal account. Sometimes if you forget, if you go immediately after checking out and open a tracking ticket, it'll "stick"! I always open tracking tickets and sometimes I won't purchase but they don't penalize you or anything for abandoned tickets.
It sometimes doesn't go through and you just inquire through customer service, and they push through everything at once.

It's great... If I remember. I have the ebates app and it reminds me when the cash back rebates go up. Like right now Kohls is at 10%. I think it's usually at 8%.
What I need to do is always go through it when I buy from amazon. Sometimes it's only for certain departments but it can still be worth it. I think someone said there is an browser add-in or toolbar that reminds you, too. I need to get it.

It's very simple to sign up and use. If you shop online anyway, there aren't any drawbacks.

What helps me the most is the ebates button, it'll automatically tell you if that site has any cash back options.
