I am planning to buy one! Just not sure what style!
Did you use it? Like it? Any sizing tips? Should I order one that would fit now (32 weeks)?
Any tips/recommendations appreciated!

Following! I'm interested to know some real stories about these, too.

I would order 2. You will size down relatively quickly. They have sizing instructions on their site, I believe.

@rahlyrah: oh really two? I didn't even think of that! I read the instructions, just wanted to know if they were accurate, lol. It says if you are already pregnant, to order the size you are in your 8th month. I'm not sure if that is my size now, or in a few more weeks! haha

Honestly I bought one but then found I didn't need it, so I ended up returning it. I was expecting to look 5 mo preg or so, from what I had been reading, but my stomach went back right away. Maybe b/c they kept me on a Pitocin drip all night to contract my uterus back down? You never know how your body may react

@Mrs. Champagne: they have them at BUybuybaby I'm going to try one on after LO comes out.

I got one way too late (probably 2 months PP?) so I was able to get by with only one, a smaller size, but I really wish I had started earlier than that. I would say try to find them used and cheap! You can just wash them!

I don't use mine anymore. I have a small and extra small if you think they'd fit?

I used a small and xs. They're not a miracle product but helped my stomach feel less crazy PP. I only used the small for maybe two weeks and needed the next size down.

I was really tempted to get one, but decided against it due to the cost adn my belly went back to normal pretty quickly on its own. I figured I could always order one if I felt like I needed it pp, but I didn't want to spend the $ then either not need it or not want to wear it.

I didn't love it, but wore it and thought it was just okay. I had the bamboo one and I felt like it never sat right - I think it would ride up. I do have a waist and hips and I felt that maybe the belly bandit would work for someone with more of a straight figure. I also had to buy two because the original size I bought was way too big a few weeks after delivery.

I had a bamboo one and then got a hospital-issued generic white elastic one. Loved the hospital one. Agree that you'll most likely need two of the Belly Bandits. Also agree that it never sat right, it was thick and stiff, loved the hospital one waaaay more.

@ms.janedoe: did you have to have a c section to get the hospital issued one?

@MrsH: I don't think so but I WOULD make sure you ask for it, it was not offered up, but when I asked if they had one, the nurse was like, "Oh of course, I'll go get you one!" The hospital one was awesome because you only need one, from big to small it'll fit the whole time and it was way more flexible.

I kept meaning to buy one and never did. I have a pair of compression legging capris from Old Navy that I wore- when not folded they come up higher. They made me feel much better when I wore them and I think it helped. Maybe order one size to wear at first then wear some tighter-fitting leggings or workout pants? (I wouldn't have bought two due to the cost.)

@kjpugs: Oooh, yep, ditto the pants. Even at almost 3 months PP I still love the tight pants.

@ms.janedoe: same! I was shocked how much better they made me feel. The yoga pants didn't do it but the workout compression pants did. It's like wearable spanx

I agree with @ms.janedoe: the hospital / medical one does the trick. You can also get those cheap on amazon. And I was a huge fan of a solid shaping tank for three months post partum.
