I think I prefer Target! My LO's skin is always damp when we use Costco diapers.

I haven't tried Costco, but we weren't fans of Target. We went back to pampers.

I *love* Costco diapers. I haven't tried Target diapers yet, but I want to. It seems like most people rave about them.
