post baby, i noticed that my teeth have shifted. i guess this happened because i clenched my teeth while pushing??? sad my teeth aren't as straight as it used to be!
anyone else noticed that their teeth have shifted? am i the only one? lol!

your teeth naturally shift as you get older. i got invisalign but stopped when i was pregnant and need to get back on it. my teeth are way more crooked now than they were 10 years ago!

my teeth have shifted but i never thought it was pregnancy related. maybe it is? as @mrs. bee said, your teeth are always shifting throughout your life regardless.

I always clench my teeth so that's nothing new for me. I never wear my mouth guard or retainer so I just live with crooked teeth... after my mom paid for two sets of braces. Oops.

my dentist tmentioned to me that a lot of peoples teeth shift during pregnancy. Mine didnt seem to, but she mentioned it was very common
