Anyone have any life saving tips? My LO has had a few inconsolable evenings recently! She is drooling like a faucet and gnawing not sucking on everything! We tried hylands teething tablets they are a dream come true.
Any other tips? Did your babies become demons when teething?

My LO's actually not that bad teething.... but she only has 2 teeth. At her 12 month apt her doctor showed us that lots of teeth were about to come in (weeks later they are still just sitting there NOT coming in yet.....) so we might be in for it soon.
All we do is give her some humphries and cold teethers. Good luck!

DS has been pretty easy, but poor DD had a rough time with teething. She never really took to teethers, but when she did, she liked the vibrating kind. Most of the time, though, she preferred to chew on cloth items like blankets, frozen washcloths, and burp cloths.
Also, once you see the teeth right below the surface of the gums you can "help" them pop through. I rub my thumb on ice to make it nice and cold and then rub their little gums right where the tooth is coming through. It feels good on their gums, and if you use a little pressure, it helps the teeth pop through a little faster.

My LO has sharp white spots on his bottom gums and has been a drooling monkey who wants to gnaw on everything for the past 1.5 months but no teeth yet. He has not been overly grumpy or seeming to be in pain. We haven't noticed any regression with his sleep either (knock on wood!).
I know they sound hooky but he wears an amber teething necklace. My sil swears by them (both her kids wore/wear them)!
