DD has cut her 2 bottom center teeth about a month ago (5.5 months). About 2 weeks ago, her top right tooth cut through. Last night I noticed that her top left tooth is now coming through but hasn't bust the blister yet. This is crazy to me that she's almost got 4 teeth and she's only 6.5 months!!!
She never really drooled, so I thought teeth might come later. I think I've noticed that she gets a bit of a fever and doesn't STTN when she's cutting through. She also bites me while nursing (oh,it hurts!!!)
So far I've tried the baby orajel, and I don't notice that it helps. Also rubbing her paci on her gums seems to help. The ice rings sometimes help, but it's not a silver bullet. If it gets really bad (like tonight) I give her Tylenol.
I haven't tried the Hylands tabs yet - anyone else? I had heard that the belladonna in them is bad, but I know a lot of moms swear by them.
Anyone else have a piranha baby?

Miss A cut her bottom teeth bang on four months, her top two just before six months and another on the bottom last week. I can also see the next three coming!
So far I've had to give paracetamol a couple of time but otherwise she hasn't been too bad.
@CarrieLouWho: are you still breastfeeding? How are you finding her latch while teething?

Lo doesn't have any teeth yet, but I've heard putting frozen fruit in a mesh feeder is helpful!

A little over a week ago, The center two bottom teeth cut through. First the one on his right then a few days later, the one on his left. My ped said no orajel or teething tablets. Not sure why. Didn't think to ask. We've given him Tylenol a couple of times. Otherwise, he doesn't seem too bothered. His sleep has been crap for months so I haven't noticed a difference. He's drooling like crazy. He's just been loving his teething toys. His favs are Sophie and the life factory teething rings. He is constantly chewing on something.
This is a great thread! I definitely need more tips.

Oh and I'm nervous for the day that he decides to chomp down while nursing. He kind of did a little bit the other day.
Oh and the other day, he kept rubbing his to tongue on the teeth. Like "what are these things"

DD has cut her bottom 2 teeth about 2 weeks ago at 5.5 months. She has started biting during nursing, and I actually have a cut on my left nipple that is bleeding when I pump and perpetually sore during the day. It was not a fun weekend once she learned she could use my boob as a teether. She didn't do it at all today, so I'm hoping it was a very brief phase.

We're finally getting teeth. The bottom 2 are coming in. I thought I saw something and then got confirmation the hard way. Ouch!
She's doing okay. Some days are better than others. I just got the orajel naturals. My mom tried it while I was at work and said she fell asleep right after she put it on.
