Normally I would be at work but I called in sick because of my allergies. So I'm home "resting" but I think I'm "nesting" because all I wanna do is get the house clean and laundry done, and I even put another coat of paint on our bookshelf for the nursery.

I'm at work. DH dropped me off today because he needed to use my car to take our dog to the vet (his car is too small to fit an 80 lb dog in there with a big cone on!!) So I will be stuck here at work late since his apt isn't until 4 way on the other side of town.....:-(

Right now I'm trying to motivate myself to get some work done. After that I need to shower and make some lunch and then run to the library and the vet to pick up meds on my way to my office where I have to review some client files and get ready for a client meeting later this afternoon. After that I may pick up some dinner on my way home and do some laundry then have a lazy night because my husband is in class tonight and we're out of town starting tomorrow so I need a little relax time!

I'm at work. I'll be here for at least another 6 hours. I think that DH and I are going to have dinner with my parents and sister tonight though, so that will be fun

MIL is coming to watch DD for the morning so I can go workout. Then we are driving down to DH's work for a food truck lunch they're having! Tonight we meet friends for dinner and play time while our husbands work late. It's my favorite night of the week

Then it's rush home to watch the baby, so DH can get to his Dentist appointment.

I'm answering emails while LO naps in my arms. Meeting up with two mommy friends this afternoon, and we're walking the babies to the beach while this September sunshine lasts. Afterwards, probably going to tackle some chores, and get dinner started before DH gets home from work. Pretty mellow.

@danizaur: I'm home sick, too! Migraine which is probably the result of exhaustion and night wakings. DH stayed home today too but we took LO to daycare. I feel kind of guilty about that, but it's fun to spend the day watching movies like we used to.

I'm at work finishing up stuff before my maternity leave. On my plate today is: Inputing the second round of edits for our quarterly newsmagazine and sending them to our designer; laying out the November calendar for the designer taking over for me; any last-minute items needed for our annual fundraiser on Sunday; and going to the chiropractor this afternoon.

@Mae: Cool! (I used to work at Denver Zoo, and my husband worked at Columbus Zoo in college) Definitely our favorite jobs ever!
It's one of my favorites (every time we travel, we go to the zoo!) we are looking forward to sharing it with our little guy!

@MapleMoose: My doctor told me to work from home at two days a week, and it really helped me. It was only two weeks before my water broke but lord sitting on the couch with my feet up was great.

I'm enjoying my last snippets of freedom before starting a new job in a couple of weeks. I'm supposed to be baking up a storm today because I offered to host a "tea" for my former coworkers tomorrow. So far I have chosen the recipes...that's it. Whoops. Better get off the interwebs and get to it.

I worked a couple hours this morning, then I went to the mall to pick up some things from the lands end sale, ended up spending WAY too much just ate lunch, gonna throw something in the crockpot for DH tonight & then I'll go back to work til ~8. I'm so friggin tired, I wish I just came home & took a nap instead of going out!

Eat dinner at 5:30.
Bedtime for her at 6:30.
Clean up time from 7-8.

I'm at work pumping...have lots to do today. And then this evening I have a professional society meeting. I'll be home around 830-9. Fun esp since LO was up from 430-530 this AM and only snoozed from 530-730 while he was on the boob. Poor guy has a cold. Thank GOD i can nurse lying down.

Woke up at 6 with DS, fed him, watched the news and Daniel Tiger, got dressed/brushed teeth, played, cleaned the kitchen/did laundry, read books and then put DS down for a nap.
Once he wakes we'll eat lunch, go to Costco, play outside if the weather cooperates and then nap #2. We're eating leftover spaghetti so I just have to toss a salad for dinner. Then I'm off to work 6:30-11pm.
