DD1 asked if we could have pizza tonight. LOL I told her that if she has a GREAT day at school we can get pizza for dinner. We've been working on behavior problems at preschool and she's had a great week so far. Just trying to give her more reason to put on her listening ears and keep her hands to herself.

Fridays are pizza night, at home. Tonight we're having a vegan Thai pizza. We've made it before and it's delicious, sans cheese, and all.

Friday night is pizza and movie night at our place! I think we're doing a classic supreme type pizza tonight (red sauce, cheese, ham, pepperoni, mushroom, onion, black olive and peppers) with Caesar salad with homemade dressing, but we could switch up the pizza choice before 5pm!

Crockpot pork carnitas! DH works second shift so it's much easier to throw something in the crockpot in the morning when he's still here than it is to cook a regular meal with DS in the evening. I've never made this recipe though so I hope it turns out

@Cherrybee: I was too afraid to bake it before serving! I didn't want the meat to dry out! I made burritos with it straight out of the crockpot with cilantro and diced onions
they were yummy! I had to feed DS at the same time by myself so I didn't get time to make any sides!!!

I'm solo tonight so nothing special. DS had boxed mac n' cheese with grated carrots and zucchini in it, homemade spinach meatballs, boiled carrots and potatoes leftover from corned beef, and corn on the cob. He also got plums and blackberries for dessert.
I ate mac n' cheese with him and the untouched food leftover from his plate (he only ate about half) and then after he went to bed I had a grilled cheese and a clementine.

Pizza night here...we had pepperoni and buffalo chicken, with a bbq chicken stromboli.

I made Thai fried rice with pineapple/red bell pepper/cashews.
