Yesterday I pan fried some leftover sausage stuffing and served two over easy eggs over it... Mmm!

We are boring and stick to making gobbler sandwiches but we love them so much!

We mostly do sandwiches, but my husband heated up a can of broccoli soup and added toasted stuffing

I made turkey pot pie last night- yum.
I love gobbler sandwiches but we didn't have enough leftovers. Still have some stuffing to use though.

If you've got lots of mashed potatoes, they're perfect for shepherd's pie! I usually make turkey-wild rice soup, as well.
