The late afternoon nap is driving me crazy. My little guy usually eats between 3:00-4:00 and gets tired about an hour later, but it takes a long time for him to fall asleep. I feel like I am waking him up just to go through his bedtime routine, but he gets fussy if he isn't shushed down, but doesn't really want to sleep. He also isn't falling asleep as easily for bedtime any more.
How do you handle the 4th nap and when does it usually go away?
