5 nights. We went to Mexico for a babymoon--my oldest was 3 and my (then) youngest was 19 months. We definitely talked every day (Facetime), and to be honest, I cried almost every single night at dinner. I missed them so much.
Longest I've been away from our third is about 48 hours.
