Mine would be: iced coffee with milk and sugar, plus eggs over easy with toast!! Too busy during the week to have it, but I eat it whenever I get the chance on the weekend.

I came to work without breakfast and this is making me hungry!
I like a mix of savory and sweet. And coffee. Always coffee.
@HLK208: confession--I've never had eggs benedict. I don't know why!

@mrbee: Toasted bread with avocado for me! Just add salt and a little lemon juice to an avocado and mash up!

2 eggs scrambled, 2 pancakes with real maple syrup and a piece of fruit. I also like English breakfast tea in the morning.

Easy eggs over garlic sauteed spinach over buttered toast, bacon, grits and coffee.
I'm still in food aversion phase, though, and have zero interest in eggs, coffee or bread, so currently it's just grits (but only if my husband makes them) and apple juice. Maybe watermelon too

Eggs over easy with cheese on a bagel. Side of bacon and hash browns (the cubed kind, not the sticks). Coffee. Oh, and a good flaky biscuit.

I love what I am having this week: piece of an egg bake made with cubed potato rolls, chicken sausage, broccolini and St. Andre cheese. It's all in one and sooo good.

Ice coffee latte and French toast!
I hardly ever have French toast because it's not good for me lol but it's my favorite breakfast!
If I were choosing a healthier breakfast I'd have sweet potato hash browns, egg with avocado, and a slice of sausage.

Denver Omelet with a side of shredded hash browns and rye toast. Coffee and fresh squeezed OJ.

Iced coffee, fried eggs (over medium), bacon, and lots of veggies! Mmmm, like a scramble of zucchini, radishes, bell peppers, and mushrooms. With avocado on top of it all!

Two large pieces of sourdough toast with a little garlic salt and a pint of homemade skim chocolate milk. I have this for breakfast every day of my life, yum.

If I'm eating out: pancakes or waffles or French toast with strawberry/fruit topping & sausage. Coffee, of course.
At home: scrambled egg sandwich is usually enough for me. Iced coffee from Tim's though.

@Mrsjets: yes! The apple pancake is amazing. We're going there this weekend and I can't wait!
My other choice would be a Belgian waffle, bacon and home fries.

I love an open-faced avocado toast. Or sunbutter and jam on toast. Noosa yogurt is good too. And of course, my big mug of coffee is a must!

Crusty sourdough, with wilted greens, melted white cheddar, and a poached egg, on top. Side of potatoes with onions, bell peppers & hot sauce, and a few maple sausage links. And an extra hot, vanilla latte. Yum!

I equally love these dishes:
1) Spinach and brie eggs florentine, soft with earl grey tea (1 sugar, 2 milk)

I usually make two-three eggs over easy and give one to DD. I like that with iced coffee with sugar and milk and a half avocado or grapefruit. We get really good eggs from a local farmer.
If nothing mattered (time, the way it makes me feel, etc.) then it would be a peppermint mocha and eggs benedict!
