Katarina Kittycat drives me crazy, meow meow.
Why does she add "meow meow" to sentences all the time? Just read up on it and apparently her mom did it too on Mr. Roger's Neighborhood - and I don't remember being annoyed by that. Maybe kids just have a lower annoyance threshold, meow meow.

Haha meow meow drives us nuts too! Oh well, I still like Daniel more than a lot of the kids shows out there. I'm just glad we're kinda out with the phase, for now. We've entered Wild Kratts territory!

I find Daniel tiger so cheesy! And calliou has an annoying voice. Dora is shrill an nasal. I tolerate t for my son though.

I've only seen one episode of Daniel Tiger, and it already drove me nuts. Why is that necessary? We can all clearly see she's a cat!

LO has taken to watching Mister Roger's Neighborhood, and the neighborhood of make believe is only a small segment of the show. Sometimes Henrietta is featured, and a small meow meow every now and then isn't bothersome at all.

Personally, I find her bossiness more annoying than her occasional "meow", but what DH really doesn't like is Elaina's "toots!" I told him that her mom, lady Elaine Fairchild, said it all the time on mr Rogers, and at least lady Elaine is less scary/mean than she was on mr Rogers...

My husband recently shared some observations about Daniel Tiger on Facebook:
-Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood is the only good thing about the city of Pittsburgh (we live in Cleveland...so this is true)
-Katerina is the most annoying character on TV Meow Meow.
-O the Owl is the single greatest character on TV. Most children's characters are supposed to show how being creative is the greatest thing ever. O the Owl is going to be be everyone's accountant.
-My house could blow up during Daniel Tiger and our daughter wouldn't notice.

I guess it never really bothered me! I remember it from the original Mr. Rogers neighborhood so maybe that's why.
