@swedishfish: I'm sitting up doing some work on my computer, and based on how dark it is outside, I assumed it was somewhere in the 5:30-6:00 range. I'm shocked that it's after 7:00! Soon enough, I guess...but after the winter we've had, I'm ready for some sunshine!

I loved going to work last week at 7 and the sun was starting to rise! Now it is pitch black again! -
My car is in the shop, so I had to take my husband to work this morning. We were saying that if we had to choose, we'd rather go to work when it's still dark instead of getting off when it's already dark. (Although longer days are just better all around!) At least there is something about going to work in the dark that makes me feel like I am being productive!

Yeah, I hate that, too. It's really hard to get DS up for school when it's still dark out.

It's so hard to wake up in the mornings now! But I'm loving the extra light in the evenings for DH and LO to play outside while while I make dinner.

haha the dark in the AM part doesn't bother me! i'm always up before the sun. I LOVE having more light in the PM, though! I'm still not used to it.

Loving the longer brightness in the evenings! Yesterday after dinner we went to Babies R Us as a family and it wasn't even dark yet! Loved it.

I love that its brighter longer at night. I put LO to bed last night while it was still light out! Crazy.
That being said, I'm on mat leave and K doesn't wake up until 8 or so. So...I miss out on the dark mornings.

I totally agree!! It has been so hard getting up at 6 when it is completely dark. The fact that DD is also refusing to sleep before 9 doesn't help!
Bring on spring/summer when it is light out in the morning and in the evening!
