I think many mommy's indulge in some type of "therapy" whether it's getting your nails or hair done, having some wine, bubble baths, so on and so on.

But I'm curious as to how many mommies get actual therapy. And if you're comfortable...share as to why you felt the need to go and how you like the experience.

I thought about therapy for a long time, for my own sanity. I have so many issues with my in laws and we are never able to resolve anything because of their own lack of interest. I want to be able to vent without offending anyone (such as DH, although he's a wonderful listener but hey this is his family) and also to figure out how to not let it bother me so much.

So I'm curious to see how many mommies went or currently go to therapy and what they think about it.
