I have seen that there are some Hawaiian bee's on here. I am hoping for some pointers. (I have lived on Oahu previously)

We are traveling to the Hawaiian islands here in October for 10 days. DS will be just over a year old. I can't seem to remember what shore the high waves will be on. I would love to go out to Shark's cove with DH and DS but if the North shore is raging then it won't work.

We will be island hopping to Kauai, and perhaps the Big Island.

I want to show DH so much of the Islands that I enjoyed, and more....I am hoping someone can point us in a good direction.

PS: Do you know if the stairway to heaven is really open?
