Adelaide seems more like a conventional name. First time I heard it was the Guys & Dolls character. I chose Adalyn only because it's seems a bit more unique and I love the Grimm character with a similar name. She is a kick ass witch.

My cousin just had an Adalyn. I had Adeline on my short list. I prefer the -line spelling but I thought people would have trouble with pronunciation (lyn or line).
I used to babysit for an Adelaide and I really like her name but not her.

LO's middle is the latter, so obviously that's my vote! It's classic, royal and a saint, all of which make it more my style than the modern or trendy take.
