I'm pretty sure both will be walking... maybe even running (at 22 months).
I honestly need to read up on what to expect. I'm assuming talking but not sure to what extent.

@bluestriped bee: Girl, they will be almost 2! I'm sure they will be walking, running and talking your ear off (though you may not understand it all) 
It really is fun, I promise!
This time next year, LO will be coming up on 4(!) and I'm sure outsmarting us at every turn. And maybe we'll have another, who knows

DD1 will be starting kindergarten.
DD2 will be starting preschool.
And DD3 will have me all to herself!

LO1 will be 3.5 and about to start his second year of preschool!
LO2 will be almost 2 and I'm sure he'll be into everything, but so much fun!
And there MAY be a third little one at that point (or soon after) since we're probably about to start TTC #3 soon (omg!)

Ds1 will be 4 and starting pre-K and probably reading some. He's already showing an interest.
Ds2 with be 1.5 and walking/running, starting to talk more. That's a fun age.

I'll have a 7 month old and an almost 4 year old. Oh wow. If LO2 is anything like LO1, I assume he will be learning to crawl or stand at that point. LO1 will be a year into preschool at that point and probably getting ready to read and write a bit.

It's so fun - my nephew, who is 51 weeks older than DD, is visiting right now, so he gives me a good insight into what this time next year might look like.
LO will be 19 months and probably walking well, talking some, following (and ignoring) directions, answering (and ignoring) questions, expressing opinions, calling me "mama" 
, picking out books at bedtime, wearing shoes . . . I know I can't even begin to imagine it all.

A six month old and an almost 3 year old. Hopefully, DS will be talking by then and my LO might be starting to sit and crawl.

DS will be 6.5 and will have just finished his first year of elementary school!
DD will be 3.5 and still at daycare.

I'll have a 4.5 y.o. and a 21 month old. I'm hoping those are golden ages!!

L is Jan 8 '13.
C is Dec 29 '14
A is Jan 12 '16
Junior kindergarten and senior kindergarten is combined here so for one year L and C will be in the same class even thought they're really two years apart. C and A are only one year apart but will be two years apart at school.
Poor planning on my part I guess.
