Occasionally I see something that piques my interest from PaxBaby, but I've read not-so-stellar reviews about their customer service. Any opinions here?

They're overpriced. Because they're a "super store" and actually have a large staff they have to pay their prices are ALWAYS higher than other sites. I honestly think the only thing that keeps them in business is the fact they have so many "exclusives" that you CAN'T get anywhere else.

They do ship super quick. But if you have a question their CS sucks and if you have an issue their CS sucks. The only time I had good CS was when I was dealing with Jillian directly to get something custom made with "Pimp My Carrier"

They are grossly overpriced in comparison to other retailers, and their customer service sucks. I much prefer dealing with Heart-Hugs, Marsupial Mamas, Risaroo, Purple Elm, etc.

@Navy_Mommy: @grizz: Thanks ladies. I've had great interactions with other stores, and I've never loved anything that PaxBaby puts out that I can't get elsewhere. And, maybe it's just me, but I think their "exclusives" are pretty ugly.
