Did throw up/spit up ever come out of your LO's nose?
I freaked out the first time it happened, but my handy dandy Nose Frieda came to the rescue.

Spit up came out of my LO's nose the other day
Poor thing was so uncomfortable, I hate to see her sad/scared face!

OMG, yes. My LO had reflux when he was little and would spit milk out of his nose every day, almost after every feeding for 2 months.The doctor said it's because his body hasn't fully developed yet. He was put on reflux meds which helped and he eventually grew out of it. It freaked me out the first time it happened but I got used to it.

Yeah, on day 4- we were waiting to get discharged from the NICU with him, the nurses would let me feed him in a private room and bring him back when finished... he shot milk out of his nose, totally freaked me out, no way did I feel ready to take him home after that one!
And now (almost a month later) about 10 minutes ago I was talking to my parents on the phone and it happened again (it happens a couple times a week) so no problem at all told them I'd call back, grabbed a towel and the nose sucker and dealt with it.
Poor thing was so uncomfortable, I hate to see her sad/scared face!
