Ok, so let's be serious. Do we tidy up after our kids all day long? Or just when they go to bed? Or never!?
I try to tidy all day long but by late afternoon I've failed and realize that I'll have to do it after LO goes to bed.

I try to tidy up throughout the day when it comes to dishes and laundry. I don't even try with DS's toys though. We just clean those up after he goes to bed. Sometimes we just leave them for the next day if we're super tired!

Now that she's old enough to help out, we tidy her toys before naptime and before bedtime and I usually do dishes in the evening with toddler "help" while the baby naps. Everything else gets done when it gets done.

All day long. For me it gets overwhelming if I wait.
