...LMW's "birthday suit"???

LMW's second birthday party is a pool party with a red, white, and blue theme (her birthday is in July). I have an adorable blue/white seersucker sailor dress for the party, but she needs a swimsuit! I would just use one we already have, but she's outgrowing the 18-24 month stuff so I need to get a new one anyway... so might as well match the party She needs a new coverup too.

I pinned the suit below months ago and now of course it's totally disappeared from all corners of the internet

Can you help me find a suit??

Here are my criteria:
1 piece, preferably with some kind of skirt or ruffle
at least two of the three colors: red white blue
stripes would be great!
size 2T
bonus points for coordinating coverup (like a terry dress)
not a crazy amount of $$
I'm not opposed to secondhand

...and go!!!
