Anyone have any tips for handling stress/anxiety? I normally handle it quite well but am really struggling to keep it at a reasonable level at the moment.
It's not the kind of stress that makes you cry, it feels more like difficulty breathing, heart racing, constant worrying. I think being pregnant is making it worse because then I also worry about the impact it could have on the baby.
I can't go see my doctor for a few weeks (I know how ridiculous that sounds, but it is a policy at their surgery because of our specific immigration issues) but I am emailing her today to see if she has any tips. I am also channeling my energy into trying to find out information that could help our situation.
In the mean time, if anyone has any tips or links to meditation videos they find helpful, I would really appreciate it!
