At almost 3 weeks out I'm feeling good down there. My bleeding has even stopped ! But I feel so ...dry. Almost itchy at times ! Did you experience this ? What helped ?

Yes! It would actually keep me up at night. I didn't do anything about it though so I can't help you there!

Breastfeeding dries you out from what I've read. I'm almost 6 months pp and still super dry. I think some of the moisture will return post breastfeeding.

@Tidybee: yes! When I lay down to go to sleep is when I notice it the most - ugh !

I had this too, but no advice...it's hard because there isn't a whole lot you can put "down there"

The joys of recovery! It could be the stitches healing. Have you tried Dermoplast? You can get it over the counter and it numbs things a bit. Hang in there!

Try KY. Thats what my OB recommended, and worked for me.
