M is 11 months and I still use mine when we got out together.
It was a $30 splurge well spent!

My son is 3 and my husband carries around a backpack for him. My diaper bag is too small to hold his things (usually snacks, change of clothes, toys/books).

LO is 20 months and we still take ours when we're out for more than a couple of hours. It's handy!

DS is 19 months old and we switched to a smaller backpack over the weekend. It's actually a little small for what we take with us. I'll switch back to a big diaper bag when baby #2 gets here.
