ooh we went thru that phase. I ended up just babywearing her up til she was 2 years, 4 months. We did back-carry sometimes, but were still doing mostly front carry til the end. The stroller is basically our pushcart for my handbag and shopping bags... And if my eldest is super tired, I'll let her ride in it still. Our toddler still throws a stroller strike sometimes, but I can't carry her for too long anymore... She loves to walk around, so we compromise if she just promises to hold my hand. But she is also getting better about sitting in the stroller again. We negotiate with high reward snacks and toys she doesn't see often. Good luck!
