Does your LO wear sunglasses? What kind? My LO hates her Baby Banz (and they are too small) and I want to look for a new pair!

J has these http://www.eyescreamshades.com/
He doesn't always keep them on but he loves them. The frames are soft & bendy but sturdy and well-made. I think I got them on BabySteals.

@autumnlove: m has these

They're not the cutest, but there's no right side up so M puts them on herself. She pulls and stretches the crap out of them and they don't break. Awesome sunglasses

We have Babiators. He looks super cute in them and wears then almost daily.

I bought the Babiators but my son will not wear them (he's 14 months). They are great though- very flexible and they come with a warranty that they will replace them for free if they are lost or broken.

@autumnlove: I just got baby banz as well and she hates them. She likes putting our sunglasses on! sigh.

@dookie32: Awww, that stinks. I bought my son's pair around 3 months and started making him wear them regularly, so he's used to them now. It might be harder to introduce sunglasses later?

LO has Baby Banz, wears them almost daily, and doesn't seem to mind them. He's only 4.5 months old though. They're not the cutest (I wanted Babiators) but I like the strap so they stay on well.

@regberadaisy: yeah, my toddler will wear our glasses but she doesn't want a strap around her head.

we have ones from amazon and I like them but even with the strap around the head he pulls them off.

@autumnlove: DS has a Julbo pair and I LOVE THEM!! The looping style has no right or wrong way to wear them so they are easy for LO to put on and they are very flexible around the head (the ends don't stick out in the back so the glasses don't fall off). They do have a band that can easily be taken off and are rated really high for eye protection. They also have some bigger kid styles that have a "right way" to wear them that are also really cute!

@BananaPancakes: Oh yeah definitely. We have encountered this with shoes and hats too- I never put him in either of those prior to them being necessary and it was quite an adjustment for both. FTM mistakes :)! I had hoped he would give in with the sunglasses because he hates having the sun in his eyes on our commute home but he hasn't really connected the 2.

We found some $5 glasses at Fred Meyer (grocery/drug store) and LO loves them (she always tried to take off her baby banz) and keeps them on...I think it helps that she sees lots of people wearing sunglasses now that it's summer
