We currently have a Beco Gemini which is still working for us but getting less and less comfy as LO gets bigger. LO was 19lbs and 30" at his 9 month appointment a month or so ago.
What height/weight was your LO when you switched to a toddler tula? I don't really want to buy a standard just to have to upgrade in the near future.

I think they say when they can fit into 2T pants, you can move to toddler. I would get a standard. I think a toddler would be way too big at this point. I can fit my 2 year old son in a standard still.

@mrskc: Good to know about your LO! Do you think it has more to do with height or weight? I'm asking because if he continues growing like he has been he'll fit into 2T pants lengthwise WAY before they actually fit him around the waist.

It's definitely both height and weight. I've used one with my tiny two year old and it works, there's just some extra fabric at the bottom. Almost like a need a booster like when he was an infant. It's so much more comfortable for back carry than the Ergo though!

My 22 month old is 24 lbs, 32ish inches and still fits in a standard.

Thanks! Does anyone know the current resale value on a standard prism, so I can get a possible idea of how much I can get for it if I need to upgrade sooner than later?
