My poor little E woke up at 3am and vomited everywhere. She threw up a further two times overnight and then twice this morning - 9am and 10.30am, both times after chugging water (I tried to get her to slow down but she was so thirsty).

She has kept a little water down but is very weak and pathetic now because she is so hungry. I've offered toast but she wont eat it (not unusual) - but she is specifically asking for McDonalds fries. DH will be home from work any minute and can go get some but is this a terrible idea?? She is very sad because she's so hungry but insistent it has to be fries......
