I have eaten really healthy during the course of my pregnancy and include kale salads, chicken, brown rice, smoothies from time to time, nuts and nut butters, veggie soups, oatmeal, fruits, veggies and etc.
I read somewhere today that getting too much of a certain vitamin such as vitamin A is bad for you and baby and can cause birth defects. I also take a once a day gummy (Olly Prenatal Vitamin from Target) but never more than once a day. Is my combination of healthy eating and prenatal once a day ok or am I getting too much?
