Any toy recommendations to keep an active 14 month old entertained when we are out? The more compact/easier to carry the better!

I love the baby einstein take along tunes. Our son loves it. Plus you can attach a sippy cup strap (like the booginhead) to the handle and attach the other end to a stroller, etc.

My purse right now has a light up wand, a play cell phone, a couple finger puppets, a couple Matchbox cars, and some cloth books. DS also loves to play with my phone (I have a toddler ABC app he's allowed to play with) and my keys.

We have a toy purse for LO. It came with lots of things in it already- credit card, bracelet, cell phone, mirror, etc. And I added a wallet with my old cards in it and a kazoo
She loves taking things in and out of the purse, and taking the credit cards out of the wallet.

McDonald under 3 toys are my go to for trips. I keep them in a bucket in the car.

I have a ton of stuff in the car, I can pick and choose as needed, but I always have a supply of stickers, a small pad and a few crayons, some racing cars, a magnetized shape book and snacks!
