What would you (or did you) buy for your SO with a fruit and flowers theme? My anniversary is next month and I'm drawing a blank. DH has already purchased my gift. I want to get something nice because he is always better at gift giving than I am!

ETA: Does he like chocolate-covered fruit? Edible arrangements sells a box of chocolate-covered strawberries, bananas, and apples. It's SO good.

An orange tree since he loves citrus.
He bought me a pineapple since I was trying everything to go into labor! I did the next day, so it may have helped.

The modern variation on the theme is appliances, so maybe that will give more options?
I'm leaning toward a fruit tree next year since we've moved into a new house (that is hopefully our forever house) and we'll have a new baby so it might be nice to have a tree as old as him/her.

I wanted to get DH a lime tree last year for our 4 year anniversary but there was some weird lime tree disease going around and I couldn't find any at the local nurseries. I should totally go out and buy as last year's gift! Thanks for the reminder!

We went apple picking at a place that makes great fruit pies. Perhaps berry picking with a picnic lunch?

Lots of good ideas ladies! Maybe we can go fruit picking and I can get a specia bottle of wine. I looked into those wine of the month clubs but it doesn't seem like a great deal to me. Happy anniversary to everyone else celebrating too!!
