Ugh, I just got trail mix out of the vending machine to try and be good (carb-wise to prep for my GD 3 hour test Monday) and it has 24 grams of carbs!! Where are they all coming from? Here's what's in the mix:

Peanuts
Almonds
Sunflower Seeds
Yogurt Chips
Raisins

I can totally avoid eating the raisins if that's where they're all coming from... I have to avoid the almonds anyway since I'm allergic
