My 2nd birth was so much different that the first, and in a way, I had to let go of the trauma of the first in order to have the second work. But now, the first still haunts me.

@pastemoo: Hugs, mama. I don't know what it's like to go through birth again after a traumatic experience. But I hope things get easier for you with time.

@jhd: my second birth was a dream, it was so lovely. And once things picked up, no flashbacks, I was too busy. But yes, I worried about it the whole pregnancy .

@PawPrints: I had the exact same thing. I didn't even want to hold little one because I was in shock. I also had some severe tearing that left my vagina permanently deformed. It was pretty traumatic and wasn't easy
