I've been up since 3 am having horrible cramping. I'm all googling uterus cramping and writhing away in pain...get out of bed to go pee and AF is back! She hasn't shown up since before my first pregnancy in November 2011. Yup...2011. Merry Christmas to me. 
I don't even know what to do about these cramps! Ugh!!

Eat something with a lot of iron in it! That's the only thing that made me feel better.

Oh no! Advil, Advil, and more Advil - that's the only thing that makes my cramps go away. And FWIW, cramps with AF the first time after each baby were awful but then tapered off to practically nothing with subsequent AFs.....hoping it's the same for you!

I'm sorry I laughed but you googled uterine cramping and then got your period. I SO remember this after not having my period for so long. I'm sorry she's back!

@Ree723: I hope so! I had awful cramps when I was a teenager, and these woke me up from a dead sleep I was in so much pain!
@avivoca: I feel woozy and wonder if that's why! I think my prenatals have iron.
