I'm hanging out in the TWW now! 1DPO, hah. I'm a bit bummed because our timing was kind of sucky. I got sick and we didn't hit O yesterday, and my husband's work schedule made O-1 impossible so all we have is O-2 and O-3. Trying to remind myself of all the reasons I would prefer a December baby or later to a November baby...

@MrsDragon: good luck!! Takes just once as you know ;). This little bean is 0-3 or maybe even 0-4....!

@MrsDragon: Good luck! Hope the time goes by quickly for you.
I'm finishing up our first cycle in awhile where we haven't been trying. It's been a nice break from the stress of TTC but it's also made me realize just how much anxiety this whole process gives me. Plus I feel like I'm finally allowing myself to really mourn our loss from the fall. It is so hard but I'm hoping that once we start trying again, I'll be in a better place mentally.

@winniebee: @catlady: Thank you! I have some kind of godawful flu/cold so that's distracting me nicely. Crazy lower back pain and I'm hoping I didn't eff up my kidneys somehow. Being sick is funnnnnn.
@catlady: As much as I hated our two-cycle break (and pushed for it to end faster than planned) I have to say that it did help reset things mentally, a bit.

Oh no girls I just started to bleed I knew it was too good to be true. It isn't just spotting. Looks like AF. I guess it was too good to be true to get KU right before starting treatment.

@delight: oh no. Can you get into your doc today?? This just wouldn't be fair.

@delight: ugh! I'm so sorry. Hoping you can get to the doctor and figure out what is going on. Thinking about you and hoping for the best.

@winniebee: @shantuck: I got my first beta back its 390 at 17dpo. Hard to judge it without a follow up beta. My RE is going to call me later and I'll tell him about the bleeding. I'm only 4w4d so a scan wouldn't show anything at this point. No cramping so that's positive. I have bled in all pregnancies but this seemed like a big gush. My only saving grace is that I'm on Prometrium and get a lot of discharge (sorry!) when I wake up. So maybe it wasn't as much blood as I think, it was just mixed with all the Prometrium. Thanks for positive thoughts ladies. I'm already exhausted from this. The last week I have felt so happy about this and now I'm terrified.

@delight: Oh no, I'm so sorry. Hoping it's just normal and everything is still ok. Thinking of you.

@delight: that's a great level. Was your plan to go back today or tomorrow? Maybe bleeding is from the suppository? Thinking of you!!!
pomelo / 5326 posts
@winniebee: well yesterday when I called they said they'd just start with one beta and go from there. But now that I'm bleeding I hope I can get a second one.
@MrsDragon: @catlady: thanks ladies. So scary. Ugh.

If it was just a gush and then stopped, I'd take some comfort in that. That's how I found out about my SCH last pregnancy. Also around 5 weeks. They tend to bleed a lot at once, but not really continually. It ended up resolving itself after I took it easy for a while. I hope there's an easy explanation for it!
pomelo / 5326 posts
@MaryM: thanks for sending some comfort. I have a little bit of left over spotting but no bleeding at the moment. I don't think I have had an SCH before just unexplained bleeding. I just don't remember it being as much.
@Mrs. Champagne: thank you

@delight: When I had it, it was a lot (like a sudden period-gush). But then afterward, there was some brown when I wiped, but that was all. In talking to others that have had SCHes, that seems common for that problem.
I'd take it easy, maybe take a baby aspirin, and just hope it stops.

@MaryM: yes I am already on baby aspirin and Prometrium! I'm working but trying not to do anything strenuous and definitely not lifting my toddler or anything.

@delight: I'm no expert but if the bleeding isn't ongoing, then maybe things are still ok. Hang in there. This is so hard.

@delight: I've had bleeding this pregnancy too! It's so so stressful. That's a beautiful beta ... these little fighters are strong. x

@jaguar: thanks jag. I am praying for the best. I did have some bleeding with my DD. I am so happy that Olaf is growing strong!
@winniebee: no they didn't call me yesterday. I'll give them a call this morning and ask to do a repeat beta this afternoon. My bleeding pretty much stopped except for a little light pink discharge. It was just the gush yesterday that totally made my heart drop.
Thanks for checking in!

@delight: if it was just a gush, it sounds a lot like an sch. I had one at 6 weeks and 9 weeks with this pregnancy (actually the 6 week one lasted about 3 hours and was heavier than any period I ever had). It was incredibly scary but am 32 weeks now and everything is ok. Really hope you are ok and baby is doing well!

@bloved: thanks so much for always showing me support. I am so happy that everything is going well with you! I hope I have a happy outcome this time. I have always spotted in pregnancy but now that I am on Prometrium I kinda hoped I wouldn't!! I haven't had an SCH before but I do know they're common! Bleeding is so scary though. Ugh.

Girls- I am struggling big time this week. My period is due today (haven't started yet) and I just don't think my heart can handle another failed month of trying.
I have pretty thick and heavy CM that increased after O week (unlike my usual cycles). I have been cramping since O, I am exhausted all day long, and I can't stop crying. Part of me wants to see these as signs of pregnancy. But, most of me just doesn't want to set myself up for more disappointment than I would already feel.
I don't feel like I am really wording this very well…but i am sure you all get the picture. Just a hard day.

@Hopeandjoy629: I'm sorry you are struggling. The two week wait is the worst. Have you tested at all or are you going to wait until you are officially late?
hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts
@Hopeandjoy629: so tough :(. Hope it's your month!

@winniebee: thanks! Doctor finally called and I go for a beta Friday and then I'll call Monday to arrange a scan.

Second beta today after work. I am so nervous. Thankfully my blood lab posts results online so I'll get them tomorrow morning and don't have to wait the whole weekend. Please let it be rising!!!! No further bleeding.

@Hopeandjoy629: Good luck! I just saw your previous post from a few days ago. So sorry you are having a tough time. It comes and goes for me too. Hope you are feeling better today.

@Hopeandjoy629: keep us posted. I know how hard it is month after month.
I was hoping to get a day 1 US done before I left for 6 days for work. For once my period didn't come and crush my dreams. Lol. Meds and US need to be done by day five so now I'm hoping for a 3 day late period so I can salvage this cycle!
Oh had a BFN and I know my good tube had no eggs last month so no hope
Really.

I've been refreshing and refreshing my blood lab page since 4am waiting for my results to be posted. They're 1982 at 21dpo. Doubling time of 41 hours. So relieved and so hopeful. Thanks all for your positive thoughts yesterday.
