This popped up on my news feed today. These are fantastic carriers for anyone that's not familiar with them. And I've had nothing but fantastic service from Abby's Lane.

Ugh, I really want one of these! I can't justify the cost when I've got 3-4 various carriers, but I think this would fit my young toddler so well!

Do I go ahead and order one without ever having tried one on? I'm worried it won't fit me or something, but they get such excellent reviews on here. And this sale price is really good...

I really want to order a toddler one so we can be prepared for when dd is big enough. And I love the scallops print. Can't justify the cost right now though

I am dying for a toddler one but can't justify the cost. Maybe if I sell the moby and ergo and not buy the small stroller I was planning on for an upcoming trip?
Oh man. Wonder if the extender thing would work on an Ergo?!

@Weagle: you're probably right. They're out of the infant insert, though, so I'll either have to find one somewhere else or wait to use the carrier.
Big decision now, though, Urbanista (all black) or Cloudy (all grey)?Also, my friend in VA orders from Abby's Lane a lot and said they had closed the physical store and gone to online-only. She had gone to the store when she was expecting her first LO a couple years ago, but they apparently closed it sometime after that. I've never been, so I don't know from personal experience!

Gah! I want one for LO#2! I would like to baby wear #2 more since I think it would be easier with chasing after a 2 year old. I would also need the infant insert and that looks like it's on sale too!

@PurplePeony: To be honest, I don't think any SSC is good for a newborn even with the insert. It was just never comfortable for us. Sure, they work, but there are definitely better options, like a wrap or sling. I really enjoy babywearing, so maybe my opinion is clouded, but I think babywearing works best when you have options. Other than a wrap, it's hard to find something that's going to work 100% of the time for years. And even with wrapping, I like having other options.

Oooh, I want to buy one so bad, but I figure I should wait until LO gets here to test out some friends' Tulas first. But the birch is so cute and matches her nursery…ooh this is rough.

I want the toddler one! It's just so hard to know if we will still be babywearing as often as we do now as he gets bigger - right now we get so much use out our Ergo. I don't know if I can justify the cost though. Ugh they're so cute!

@dojo: if anything I babywear more these days! He is so big and strong, it's stressful to leave him in the cart because he can wiggle out!
